Data processing when you submit it to us

a) Contacting us

When you contact us, we collect name, email, and your message. Legal basis: contractual fulfillment or legitimate interest.

We use Crisp Chat for live support. Crisp may process your data as part of providing this service.

b) Booking a Meeting

We use Calendly for scheduling. Data you provide (name, email, etc.) is processed by Calendly to confirm appointments. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.

c) Customer Support and CRM

We use monday.com as our CRM. Data entered through forms or onboarding may be stored to provide support and improve services.

d) Contractual Fulfillment

If you engage with Snapp Spotlight as a guest or contributor, we collect relevant information to fulfill that agreement. Legal basis: contract.

e) Video Calls

We use Zoom for interviews and calls. Your participation may include shared data depending on your inputs and use. Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest.

f) Onboarding Questionnaire

To streamline your Spotlight process, we use Typeform. Your name, email, and other form data may be collected for scheduling and storytelling purposes.


 

Transfer of personal data

We will not share your personal data with third parties unless:

  • required to deliver our services,

  • you provide explicit consent, or

  • permitted by law.

We may work with external service providers (processors) under strict contractual agreements aligned with GDPR.

If you opt into updates, we may contact you via email or other channels with content about new Spotlights, behind-the-scenes access, and tech founder stories.

Snapp Spotlight does not use profiling or automated decision-making.

We link to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for content or practices on those platforms.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

d) Social Media

We operate on LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Your interactions on those networks are subject to their privacy policies.

e) Are you required to provide data?
